Cancellation Policy
IMPORTANT POINTS TO NOTE:
- You can cancel the order any time before it gets shipped from our Warehouse. Ideally, orders are shipped within 24 hours from the time of placement. However, please check the Order status before proceeding to cancel your Order.
- Cancelling an order is not possible once the order is dispatched.

- If the product received is damaged, we will take it back and refund the amount back to your account. Please share with us the Pictures / Video of the Damaged Product/Products while creating a request for cancellation.
- In case of Order delivered to you, the Terms of Return Policy shall be applicable.
- Refund will be initiated as soon as we receive the damaged product in our warehouse.
- For orders with multiple items, you will not be able to cancel any specific products. In this case, you will need to cancel the entire order and place a new order with only required items.
- In case you need to make changes to your order, like Size, Quantity, please contact our Customer Support. If the order has not been dispatched yet, we shall edit your order and ship them as per your request. If the Order is already shipped, please refer to our Exchange Policy.
