Returns & Refund Policy

 

Return Policy:

  • Returns are accepted only in case of Damaged products or Wrong items delivered.
  • Return Requests in such case are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • In case of damaged / wrong item / wrong size delivered, we will initiate exchange & return pick up from the company side
  • In case of Size not fitting or if you have placed a Wrong product, the item can still be exchanged, while the return parcel needs to be sent by the customer at their own cost. Please send the return parcel to the below address:

  • Before sending the return product for exchange, pls raise a Return Request, with our Customer Support through email at care@kidsty.in or WhatsApp us at +91 9655344445 or call us at  044-46270666.
  • We strongly recommend to review the size chart before ordering in order to avoid size mismatches or products not fitting.
  • The return products should be unused, neat and clean with tags intact.

Refund Policy:

    • We will initiate the Refund for all the Valid Return requests as soon as we receive the Return product in our warehouse.
    • This will usually take 2-7 says to reach our warehouse depending on your location.
    • Our Customer Support Executive will contact you to get your Bank details to which we will refund your amount.
    • In case of Items that you purchased on Sale, we will refund only the exact amount you paid.

    Exchange Policy:

    • We accept Exchange request within 7 days of the delivery of the Order.
    • You may raise the Exchange Request by  contacting our Customer Support through email at care@kidsty.in or WhatsApp at +91 9655344445 or call at 044-46270666. Make sure to provide the correct Order details in your exchange Request.
    • Incase you don't want a replacement, we will issue a Voucher worth the value of the product. You can redeem this Voucher on your Next Purchase within 6 months of issuing the Voucher.
    • Refund Requests will be processed only in case of Damaged Products or Wrong Items Delivered.
    • In case of missing item(s), share video of unboxing the package and its contents to resolve the issue swiftly.
    • Exchanges are Not Applicable for Items on Sale, except for Size Issues, Wrong Items or Damaged Items.
