Shipping & Tracking

Unfortunately, you won't be able to change your delivery address after your order is shipped. However, you can place a new order a new order with the revised address and we will cancel the original order for you.

You can track your order using our "Track Order" Link. You can also track it through the link shared to you via SMS and email once your order is dispatched from the warehouse.

You can track the status of your Order using the reference number you would have received on SMS and email on the delivery partner's website. You might need to wait for a little more time as there might have been an unforeseen delay from courier partner's side.

In case the order could not be delivered to you for some reason and gets returned back to us, we will initiate Refund for Prepaid Orders.

We ship your order within 24 hours and generally they get delivered to you in about 2-4 days for Metro Cities, while the transit time may take up to 7 days for others cities and villages. Delivery time may also vary depending on your location, holidays and adverse weather conditions.

Kidsty offers FREE shipping for all orders above ₹1000 within India. For Orders below ₹1000, a Shipping Fee of ₹80 is applicable.

Returns & Exchanges

You can login to your Account Page and create a Exchange request against the order which you would like to return.

On the other hand, you can also contact our Customer care either through email or WhatsApp chat to create a exchange request for you.

Of Course, you can exchange your Product if the size doesn't fit, subject to availability of the requested size.

Yes, you can exchange your item for a different item, however this depends on availability of the requested item.

Further, the requested item should be of the same price or higher (in which case you would be requested to pay the additional amount)

Your exchange product will be shipped from our store immediately after the returned product is picked from your end. The exchange product will be delivered in 2-4 days in Metros and up to 7 days for other cities and villages.

No. Exchanges are not applicable for Items bought at a discount in a Sale, except if there are Size issues or Damaged / Wrong product is delivered
